We don't claim everything on the label is a miracle. We explain what each ingredient is, why it's there, and what you can reasonably expect. That's the forestheals science standard.
What's in Proxima
Proxima is an Allies Bar — a format designed to sit between a real meal and a snack. It's 60G total, with 20G of plant protein from a blend of peanut, soy, and pea sources. The base is real food: almonds, roasted peanuts, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate chips, and dates as the binder.
- Plant Protein Blend20G per bar
- Bar weight60G
- Key ingredientsAlmonds · Peanuts · Seeds · Dates · Dark Chocolate
- Sugar addedNone — sweetness from dates
- OriginMade in India
Why plant protein
Plant-based protein sources are well-studied for muscle support when consumed in sufficient quantity. The 20G per bar puts Proxima in a useful range for post-workout or between-meal consumption — comparable to one scoop of whey but in solid, portable form.
The honest part
Proxima is a functional snack — not a meal replacement. It works well alongside a balanced diet. It won't make up for poor sleep, chronic stress, or insufficient training. That's the whole point: one thing, done well, without overstating what it can do.
What Aura Coffee is
Aura Coffee is a blended ground coffee with a clean arabica base. The 225G tin is designed for daily use — smooth enough to drink black, structured enough to carry you through a focused morning.
- BaseArabica blend
- Format225G ground tin
- AdaptogensAshwagandha · Lion's Mane extract
- Caffeine approachNatural from coffee — no added synthetic caffeine
- Sugar/creamerNone added — pure ground coffee
Why adaptogens in coffee
Ashwagandha is one of the better-studied adaptogens — shown in multiple trials to reduce perceived stress and support sustained attention when taken consistently. Lion's Mane has emerging evidence for cognitive support. Neither is a magic pill. At functional doses, combined with caffeine's known effects, the goal is a smoother energy arc than coffee alone.
What we don't claim
Aura Coffee isn't a nootropic stack or a medical product. It's coffee with useful additions. If you need clinical-grade supplementation for a diagnosed condition, speak to a doctor. If you want a better daily coffee that respects how your body works — this is it.
The problem we're solving
Most sleep products in India either dose too aggressively with synthetic melatonin or rely on herbs with little evidence behind them. We're building something in between: a low-dose, evidence-led formulation that supports the body's own circadian rhythm rather than overriding it.
Ingredients under research
- L-TheanineCalm without drowsiness · well-studied
- Ashwagandha (KSM-66)Cortisol modulation · stress response
- Magnesium GlycinateMuscle relaxation · sleep quality
- Melatonin (micro-dose)0.3mg — onset support, not sedation
- Chamomile extractTraditional use, mild anxiolytic evidence
Our formulation philosophy
Sleep is deeply affected by stress, screen time, diet, and environment. A supplement can support the conditions for sleep — it cannot replace good sleep hygiene. We'll be transparent about what each ingredient does and does not do, at the dose included in the product.
When does it launch
The Sleep formulation is currently in development. If you're interested, drop us a message on WhatsApp — early access members get first units and are part of the feedback process that shapes the final product.
What's wrong with most hydration products
Most sports drinks and hydration sachets in India have 20–30G of sugar per serving and minimal actual electrolytes. The sodium, potassium, and magnesium levels are often too low to make a meaningful difference — they're flavoured sugar water with a health halo.
What forestheals Hydrate aims to fix
- Sodium500–700mg per serve — sweat-accurate replacement
- Potassium200–300mg — muscle function support
- MagnesiumIncluded — often missing from hydration products
- SugarLow — enough to aid absorption, not dominate the formula
- FormatDissolvable sachet · single serve · portable
The science of electrolytes
Electrolytes aren't complicated. Sodium drives fluid retention at the cellular level. Potassium supports the sodium-potassium pump which is central to nerve and muscle function. Magnesium participates in hundreds of enzymatic reactions including those related to energy and muscle relaxation. Getting these ratios right matters more than the marketing around them.
Status
Currently in formulation research. We're testing flavour systems and dissolvability profiles before committing to a production run. Message us to be on the launch list.
